We will gladly offer a refund/credit on the following conditions:

  • Returns will only be accepted with a proof of purchase.
  • 30-day limit on credits/returns.
  • All stocked items will incur a 20% restocking fee if returned after 14 days.
  • All special orders will incur a 20% restocking fee.
  • All custom made to order items are non-returnable.
  • Claims on faulty products will be directed to the manufacturer or wholesaler.
  • Goods must be returned in original undamaged packaging.

 

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

  • Stocked items may be returned in person (with proof of purchase) to any of our Swan Branches.
  • Special orders must be returned to the Swan store you purchased from.
  • Returning via shipping option:
  • Download our returns form.
  • Pack your item/s for return, ensuring they are packed carefully to avoid damage (items that are damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging will unfortunately be unable to be refunded)
  • Please include a copy of your invoice and the returns form with your goods.
  • All shipping costs are at customers own expense.
  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item/s to ensure our returns policy has been met. We will advise you if the return has been approved/rejected and the process for refund/exchange/credit.
  • If your item is rejected for return, we will contact you to discuss options.
